To call loopholes "exotic tools not available to most people" is to feed the flames of envy and class warfare. Rachel Maddow can then call them the "Romney loopholes" as though they were created just for him or by him. <br /><br />If he did something illegal, let Obama's IRS prosecute him. It looks bad not to, let's get this over with.<br /><br />2) fFrom the left - Not expecting illegal stuff. Rather, expecting aggressive use of exotic tools not available to most people to keep tax rates down. Seems germane in view of claims that he will close loopholes. Will it be a bit embarrassing to see off shore havens, carried interest and the like? Probably.
